All orders placed on Ginni Ethnic Wear are processed with utmost care and attention. Standard in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
For custom-tailored or pre-order pieces, dispatch timelines may range from 3 to 7 business days, as indicated on the product page.
2. Pan-India Delivery Timelines
We partner with premier courier networks (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post) to ensure fast and secure delivery across India.
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2–4 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rest of India: 4–7 Business Days
- Remote / North-East / J&K Locations: 6–9 Business Days
3. Shipping Charges
We take pride in offering FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may be applied at checkout where service is available.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email notification containing the tracking link and Airway Bill (AWB) number. You can track the real-time movement of your parcel at any time.
5. Secure Packaging & Damage in Transit
Every saree, lehenga, and ethnic suit is packed in premium, tamper-evident, moisture-resistant packaging to ensure it reaches you in pristine showroom condition.
